This certificate was issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 37 of the Regulation on Principles and Practices of
Organic Agriculture published in the Official Gazette dated August 18, 2010 and numbered 27676. It is the document
showing that the operator follows the organic production methods determined in the aforementioned regulation and
5262 Organic Agriculture Law.
The operator must use the signs of organic production methods as specified in the above-mentioned regulation. Only the
original certificate is valid. This certificate does not guarantee the quality of any product and cannot be used as a product
sales certificate. This certificate is updated and approved according to the annual check results of Kayos. In matters
related to the Certification Agreement or applicable regulations, KAYOS may be suspended or revoked if the requested
criteria are not met and any dispute or non-compliance occurs. For these reasons, if KAYOS requests, the certificate is
returned back by the operator.
The declared Entrepreneur has agreed to comply with these rules, performs organic farming activities under control in
accordance with the specified regulations, and meets the requirements in the said legislation.
This certificate covers the specified products and business management in the annexes as approved.
